Learn to embrace yourself and shift your focus to live your best life.
I have auDHD and I am an experienced trained coach. Prior to coaching I tutored 1:1 for a decade. I have also been a mentor to young women for over 7 years.
As an autistic person myself I attach a great deal of importance to creating an environment in which my coachees feel seen on a human level. I use non-pathologising language.
To be effective, support has to come from someone who truly understands what you are experiencing. Often, what works for allistics (e.g. talking therapies) doesn’t work well for autistics.
Transformational coaching aims to deeply change the way you perceive your environment and approach life. Rather than merely focussing on set goals, you will learn the skills to deeply transform your life.
Clémentine is super professional and empathetic. I have been looking for this kind of support for a while. Totally recommend her to any autistic wanting to be treated like a human not a patient.
Finally someone who truly understands. She helps me to work through so many things with patience and intelligence. Her approach is holistic and she always has so many stories to tell.
A true empath. She is a no nonsense person who knows how to work with autistics, it’s a rare gift. Clementine is definitely one of the most professional people I worked with in the past few years.
I’ve been wanting to make the best of my autism and boost my career for a while, but I didn’t know where to start. Clémentine is amazingly accomplished. She gave me invaluable advice on personal branding and public speaking.
Hello there, my name is Clémentine, I have auDHD and I’m a coach!
I weathered big and small life changes largely unsupported. Unfortunately, lack of adequate support is a reality for many autistics.
I am a steadfast optimist who is no stranger to the struggles of autistics. I believe that we already have all the answers but our minds are too cluttered, foggy or frozen to see clearly. Often, genuine empathy and support is all we need to live a better life.
Many people ask me whether autism is a curse or a blessing, the truth is that it is whatever we make of it. Autism is neither good nor bad, it is a different perception and experience of life.
Over the years, I tried different degrees of masking, usually with disastrous outcomes, until I decided to unapologetically embrace my autism.
My life changed as soon as I decided to adapt it to my needs. My mission is to support you to do the same and live more authentically and kindly.
I’m looking forward to being a part of your journey!

This type of coaching is addressed to level 1 and level 2 autistics who need casual support. I am not trained to work with severe level 2 and level 3 autistics.
I work with teenagers and adults of all ages. I don’t think online coaching is suitable for children.
